I think it will be good idea if you can create addon which will allow user to be able to select their country, and by doing this, currency, Language will also change to the selected country. but there should be option also for user to change language and currency.
i saw some websites using geolocation which allow the user IP address and location to be detected and system auto assign the location to their profile in which this redirect the page to country language, and currency
